Is your planning always in perfect order and do you get energy from leading and achieving goals? Do you like to empower people, do you like to think about optimizing production processes and do you like freedom in your job? Then we are looking for you!
After the start of the day, your colleagues immediately feel like getting to work. It’s a busy morning on the production floor, because a large project is planned for a new customer from Singapore. You love to see how such a product comes to life before your eyes and how you make an important contribution to the production process and experience it from A to Z. This is a great challenge. A big challenge here is making and sticking to a good planning. Fortunately, you maintain structure and know how important good preparation is. Of course, it remains inevitable to make adjustments every now and then, but that’s also what you like about your job.
This is also evident today. During your inspection round you soon discover that not all the necessary drawings are ready. You immediately contact the work preparation department. Fortunately, they immediately step up a gear and manage to deliver the drawings on time. The rest is also in order, so you do not incur any delays. Thanks to your efforts and the cooperation with your colleagues, you can now continue production as planned.
